This Privacy Policy describes how Folli ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By joining the waitlist you agree to the terms below.

1. Data we collect

For the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your survey answers (hair concern, duration, prior treatments) — all optional.
• IP address and user agent (used for spam protection only).
• A referral code you generate when joining.

We do not collect photos, names, or any other personal information on this site.

2. How we use it

• To send you the verification email and one or two pre-launch updates.
• To rank you in the waitlist and offer your launch discount.
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting by IP).

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. Processors

We use two processors, both bound by GDPR-compliant contracts:

• Supabase — stores your waitlist row (EU region).
• Loops — sends the verification email and launch updates.

4. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@folliapp.com. We respond within 30 days.
