These Terms govern your use of the Folli waitlist at folliapp.com. By submitting your email you agree to them.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives you the chance to receive early access and a launch discount. Inclusion does not guarantee a product, pricing, or delivery date. Folli is in development; anything you read here can change.

2. Not medical advice

Folli will provide cosmetic tracking and educational information. Nothing on this site or in the future app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor for medical concerns.

3. Communications

We will send you a verification email and occasional updates while we build. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

4. Liability

We provide the waitlist "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Berlin where permitted by law.
